Yi Yi Yi!!! We are giving away three copies from the most electrifying singer, La Lupe. “Con El Diablo En El Cuerpo” is the first album that she ever released and that made her unforgettable forever. The Queen of Latin Soul performed along side with Tito Puente, Mongo Santamaria, the Fania All Stars and drew international celebrities like Marlon Brando, Ernest Hemingway and Jean Paul Sartre into her court.

Fania Records is proud of supporting this event. The stars of Salsa are coming together on April 11, 2010 in an effort to raise funds for Haiti. Salsa, the most heard and danced music in the world will be heard in Pembroke Pines, Florida together with the United Pentecostal Church of Cooper City, Florida, The Puerto Rican/Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for Broward County and Palm Beach, the Salsa World Federation, Salsabor Tropical Dace Studio, BoricuaToday , Fiestas Patronales, SalsaPower.com, the city of Pembroke Pines and many more organizations will make sure that this event will raise money and bring hope for Haiti This production is being put together by Frank Nieves and it will take place at 10001 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines Florida. We are expecting a full house and an unprecedented event!
The Music will be directed by two extraordinary musical directors in Florida, Mario Ortiz and his All Star Band (Big Band) as well as Chino Nuñez. They will be accompanying: Tito Allen, Herman Olivera (Eddie Palmieri’s Singer), Tony Vega, Johnny Rivera, Meñique, Giro, Paquito Acosta, Melina Almodovar, Ommy Cardona, David Cedeño, Chamaco Rivera, Shelina, Julio Flores, Jataca, Luisito Rosario and many more. Artists performing together on the same stage, which has never been seen before are: Larry Harlow, Sal Cuevas, Prodigio, Roberto Navarro, El Trecista Del Conjunto Clásico ‘Goro”, along with many more who are in the process clearing any conflicts on their event calendars in order to be present.
Some of our Masters of Ceremony (A Spanish soap opera actor from “La Novela Mas Sabe el Diablo") Miguel Sahid and straight from Hollywood, California a hilarious comedian Shayla Rivera. Some groups performing will be Kynto Elemento, Sheenah, El Muchachon & 4Ever will also be performing.
We are welcoming all types of non perishable donations such as, clothing, canned goods, bottled water, first aid kits, baby formula, medical supplies, etc…to send over to Haiti.
The church will be collecting any monetary donations. We are asking for any type of donation possible. No donation is too small. You can donate any amount from $1.00 up whatever you can. The church has already established a Pay Pal link that is found on this website. www.prchamber.com or www.prfiestas.com. You will also be able to donate at the concert if you prefer to do it in person
