In 1975 Fania Records produced a record called Beethoven’s V, a strange album because the two musicians taking part, pianist Markolino Dimond and singer Frankie Dante, appear dressed in the style of the 18th century European courts. La Hora Faniática tells the story of this record, one of its kind in Latin music today.

La Hora Faniática invites their listeners to get closer to the history of Fania as it never has been done before. A comprehensive tour through the albums, celebrities, anecdotes, secrets, milestones and flake outs of a label that left its mark on all Latin urban music ever since.

Host: José Arteaga
